Focused Fun @ Kellogg - Pricing $360 for Fall 2026 (Thursdays 1:55 - 2:55)

One's ability to focus and attend to both learning and social activities can always be deepened and expanded. Focused Fun will explore and grow children's ability to focus, problem solve and advocate for themselves, through games, art and stem activities, quiet reflection and group sharing. Each session will include concepts such as empathy, compassion, gratitude and kindness for ourselves and others. Sessions will begin with group sharing, which will allow children time to process their school day and remember what went well, as well as, what went wrong. Students will also share if they were able to apply a mindful skill to home or class. Next there will be a mindfulness lesson accompanied by a game or activity. Sessions will end with a quiet focusing period that will give children the chance to practice self-calming skills. Enrollment: Minimum 5 students, Grades 1-3
